The first step is to make an appointment to view the facilities. This initial meeting will give you an opportunity to ask questions and if you are as impressed as we know you will be… to make a booking.
In order to secure the date, a contract is then signed and a non-refundable deposit put down to reserve the venue on your behalf. After this, our Functions Co-ordinator will work closely with you to plan and co-ordinate your special day, so that you can be assured of a personal, professional and prompt service from beginning to end.
Our wedding package includes the venue, tables, chairs, white linen table cloths, linen napkins, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Should you decide to hold the ceremony at Atlantic Beach Golf Club, we also provide the red carpet, white garden arch and podium.
We will help you with the compilation and selection of suitable wines, to specifying the bar requirements and intimate details including allergies, dietary requirements, presentation and more.
We also compile a comprehensive list to ensure that every conceivable item gets done and that the deadlines are met. This is later transformed into a timing schedule / program for the day of the wedding. All staff are then briefed and a Coordinator assigned to be there on the day to execute and coordinate the time line.
On your big day, a duty manager is personally present to oversee every detail of the final arrangements of your wedding, and ensure perfection, harmony and an overall enjoyable experience for you, your family and guests.

Atlantic Beach Golf Club is proud to present its in-house catering service for your special day. With a variety of menus including snack platters, set-menus and buffets, we are sure you will find something to offer your guests and have them coming back for more.
In addition to the food, we offer a fully stocked bar with both international and local brands available. Our professional staff will take orders and deliver drinks to the table, taking away the need to stand at the bar and queue to get a drink on the day. Every wedding day is different and so we can accommodate your needs with a cash bar facility or a bar account to be settled at the end of the evening.
Our excellent relationship with the local wine farms enables us to offer you a choice of reputable labels at a price that won’t stretch the budget.
