Members, have you read the excellent review in the March 2008 issue of the Complete Golfer magazine, in an article about the 18 best places to play in South Africa!
The article stipulates:

G FACTOR

Service with a smile. From the moment you pass through security, you’ll feel like a ‘member for the day’.

This club is well managed with strong emphasis on ensuring that the visitor is treated as a friend. The facilities, both on and off the course, are first class and renovations made to the bar area have added some soul to the post golf experience. Smiling helpful staff make for a great day out. It also scores high in ‘value for money’, and on windy days, expect a few complimentary golf balls.!

IF WE HAD TO BE CRITICAL (not really a criticism)
Sensitive fynbos has resulted in ‘no-go’ areas flanking every fairway. Although played as lateral hazards to speed up play, it can be irritating to see your ball and not be allowed to fetch it!
