MEMBERSHIP
TYPES
We would like to take this opportunity to outline and explain
the different membership options that are available and the
current process of application.
GOLF MEMBERSHIP
- Available to both estate and non estate residents. Please
note that there is a limited number of both estate and non
estate golf memberships available.
- To obtain Golf membership, both estate and non estate
residents need to apply by filling in an application form.
- Entrance fees are applicable for both estate and non estate
residents. This fee varies depending on the type of playing
rights and category purchased and on the existence of specific
marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Entrance Fees are once off, non refundable fees.
- In addition to the Entrance Fee, all golf members need
to pay subscription fees, depending on their membership
category on a monthly or yearly basis.
- Membership agreements are valid until the end of the respective
financial year, and are then automatically renewed for a
further 12 month period on the 1st of July each year (our
financial year runs from 1 July – 30 June).
- Any changes (downgrades or cancellations) of the membership
agreements will be honoured free of charge at the end of
each financial year end or until 31st July.
- All such changes (downgrades or cancellations) of the
membership agreements after 31st July will be subject to
charges or cancellation fees applicable at the time.
- Green fees are also applicable for all golf members and
are payable per round of golf.
- There is an option of pre-paid green fees (Platinum Players
Card) for a 12 month period – from January to December,
or from July to June.
- For their exclusive membership, golf members also receive
COMPLIMENTARY access to our Leisure Centre
at the Practice Range with 2 x tennis courts, a swimming
pool, fitness centre, recreation room & the Blue Mountain
Room.
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
- Available to Atlantic Beach Golf Estate residents (property
owners or tenants) and their immediate family residing on
the same erf/property.
- Social members can make use of all Club House and Leisure
Centre facilities, with the exception of the right to play
golf or use any other golf related activities/products at
members’ rates.
- Residing on the estate does not automatically result in
a Social Membership or cards issued. In order to become
a Social Member, residents need to fill in an application
form, which will facilitate the issuing of Membership cards.
- There is a once off administration fee for Social membership
per applicant, payable on application.
- Social membership cards are issued only to adults who
are over 18 years of age or on request to younger applicants
with the consent of their parents.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
- Corporate Golf memberships are also available to companies
and packages are tailor made to meet the client’s
specific requirements.
- The basic principals and conditions of Golf Membership
will be applicable.
